Island Bakery Sweet FA Gluten Free Cookies
Sweet FA Gluten Free is a new range of cookies created by Island Bakery’s Chief Biscuit Engineer Fiona Aitali... which is where the FA comes from! Fiona is a baker-extraordinaire, and has been with us since our early days of baking bread and pastries. Since being diagnosed as Coeliac, she has been devoting her skills to gluten-free baking. We were so taken with the cookies she created that we just had to put them into production. They really are gluten-free cookies like no other we have ever tried. A special blend of flours (none of that sand-like rice flour found in so much wheat-free baking) and generous proportions of delicious additions make for indulgent treats that anyone can truly enjoy. In addition to being gluten-free, they are also vegan, organic and palm oil free.
The Island Bakery are makers of Scotland’s finest organic biscuits, shortbreads and savoury nibbles, using only organic ingredients and local sources of renewable energy. As stocked at Fortnum & Mason, Waitrose, and other fine establishments.
